What I need from the room.

Light setup. Built for conferences that move quickly between sessions and for venues that don't have specialist AV teams.

  • Lavalier or over-ear mic, hand-held only as backup
  • Confidence monitor at front of stage if available; not a blocker
  • HDMI input from stage for slides — I bring my own clicker
  • 16:9 aspect, 1920×1080 minimum
  • Recording rights pre-agreed in writing — happy to grant them, just confirmed in advance
  • Green room with seated water, 30 minutes pre-stage
  • Walk-on music optional, no opening video
  • Q&A welcome; format and timing confirmed in pre-event call
