Elsa Morgan is the founder of The Queenie Effect, an operating system for serious women-led businesses, and creator of the Category Of One Business System. She has mentored more than 400 women operators and hosts the Consistency Queen podcast. Based in Sydney, Australia.

Elsa Morgan is the founder of The Queenie Effect Pty Ltd and creator of the Category Of One Business System — a four-pillar framework used by more than 400 women-led companies across eleven industries. After two earlier ventures, including one she rebuilt from bankruptcy following the 2008 financial crisis, she founded The Queenie Effect in 2015 to systematise what she had learned about positioning, marketing, sales, and personal mastery for women operators. Today she leads Inner Circle 1:1 mentorship, certifies new Faculty, and hosts the Consistency Queen podcast. Her current focus is building The Queenie Effect into an institution that operates without her — a Faculty of certified coaches, a productised system, and a recurring revenue line.

Elsa's path to building The Queenie Effect was not linear. After founding her first company in her early twenties, she was forced to file for bankruptcy following the 2008 financial crisis. The years that followed — rebuilding, testing, learning what was reproducible and what wasn't — became the substrate for the system she now teaches. The Queenie Effect was founded in 2015 as the productised version of those lessons.

Today the company operates a three-tier ladder: Wealth Woman Membership ($79/month), Wealth Woman Academy (12-week cohorts), and Inner Circle (1:1 application-only mentorship). The Faculty is being expanded through a 12-month certification track that begins intake in 2026. Elsa leads Inner Circle, certifies incoming Faculty, hosts the Consistency Queen podcast, and is the public voice of the company — though by design, programs are run by the Faculty, not by her alone.

Her current strategic focus is decoupling the company from her personal brand. The thesis: a coaching practice tied to its founder is a job; an institution that survives the founder is an asset. Elsa speaks regularly on this transition, on women operators in saturated markets, and on what makes a coaching business actually sellable.
